Happy Easter

Well, Easton and I made it through our first week with Lance going back to work.  I had a lot of anxiety (aka The Baby Blues) about Lance going back to work, but we made it.  My mother-in-law came Monday and Tuesday to help and my mom came Wednesday and Thursday.  Friday my Nana came in the morning and Diane, my friend from work came in the afternoon.  This week, we're more on our own, but we're doing good.  The Easter Bunny brought a Jogging Stroller so we'll be on the move in no time!

Thursday we had a bit of a scare.  Little Easton is breathing a bit rapid so when we went for his 2 week weigh in we had Dr. S check him out.  He confirmed that he was breathing faster than "normal".  He checked his oxygen level and it was slightly below what he likes to see but not low enough to need oxygen.  He weighed 9 lbs so he had gained weight which is a great sign.  Everything else looks good other than his breathing.  He sent us for a chest x-ray and that came back as clear.  We go back today for another re-check to see if there's any improvement.  I feel that the rapid breathing is less frequent than it had been, but it's still apparent.  Hopefully he will show improvement in his oxygen level today and Dr. S will see improvement.  Prayers lifted for good news!

We didn't get to go to church Sunday, the first Easter in my life I've not been to church.  Dr. S suggested that we wait till he's gotten his 8 week shots before taking him in crowded places.  I didn't plan on waiting that long but doctors orders must be followed.  We did go to Lance's grandmothers house for lunch and some baseball in the front yard. It  was nice to get out in the beautiful weather.

Hope you had a wonderful Easter weekend.
What a beautiful weekend to celebrate our Risen Savior!
