And. Just like that, he's 3.
I want to say where has the time gone? but that's what everyone says...so I won't.
I took the day off work and stayed home with him and we celebrated HIS DAY all day long!
We started with breakfast.
We played Play-Doh
We finger painted.
We went and visited Easton's new school.
I don't want to talk about it. It makes my stomach hurt.
We met daddy for lunch at Chick Fil A.
I let him play as long as he wanted on the playground.
A little boy walked in the playground to play too and I saw Easton mouth "it's my birthday".
Bless him. I'm so thankful he felt celebrated!
He napped. I made cupcakes.
Chocolate cake, chocolate icing with sprinkles. His request.
Daddy came home early and we opened presents.
Tools and John Deere and Little Rascals.
We had a 3 year old photo shoot!
Bless. I wish he was a happy child.
He rode his Gator. Wide open spaces to ride.
It's fabulous!
Lots of mud too!
We had pizza for supper and cupcakes for dessert.
Daddy deemed it Movie Night.
We put up the tent. The LARGE dent in the bonus room.
We camped out and watched Little Rascals.
We turned out the lights about 9:30 and tried to get comfortable.
Every move made was heard.
After about 30 minutes, Easton bailed.
"Daddy...I don't wanna sleep in the tent. I wanna go get in my bed."
So, to bed we went.
Thank you Easton!
I didn't have to bail first!
This boy has my heart.
I never knew you could love someone so much it hurts.
Pray for someone so hard you want to stand on your tippie toes and shout.
Wish so hard that you can make every dream he ever has come true.
Give him the moon if he asked.
It is my honor and pleasure to be his momma.
I know Lance feels the same.
We are both so proud of him!
Both so THANKFUL for this little soul that was given to us.
Truly a gift!
Happy Birthday Easton!
We love you so much!
